All prices quoted are Canadian Retail. Prices are subject to change based on fluctuating exchange rate.

TERMS
|
Licensed book and audio retail outlets: 40% discount on minimum orders of $100 wholesale. 20% discount on orders below minimum.
Home businesses, clinicians, practitioners and mail order outlets: All orders are prepaid with a 20% discount on minimum orders of $200 retail.

NEW ACCOUNTS
|
All new accounts must prepay their first order via cheque or Interac e-transfer. You may apply for 30-day credit after a satisfactory history of ordering has been established.

|
SHIPPING
|
We ship via ATS, Canpar or Canada Post Commercial Service, unless otherwise instructed. We offer same-day shipping on most orders.
FREE FREIGHT on minimum $400 net shipments to a maximum of 5% of net.
We reserve the right to bill for any rural, residential, or remote charges levied by our carriers.

SHORTAGES & DAMAGES

Shortages, damages, or mis-ships MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF ORDER. For proper return procedures, please follow directions below.

RETURNS

Returns may be made as follows:

RETURNS: CALENDARS
|
Calendars may be returned for full credit by the end of February each year.
Calendars may not be returned past the end of February.
Returns must be:
1. Accompanied by a letter or credit claim detailing: ISBN, QUANTITY, TITLE, INVOICE NUMBER and PURCHASE PRICE. We reserve the right to levy a 10% restocking charge on returned goods which are not accompanied by the requested paperwork.
2. In saleable condition. Items that are shop-worn, marked, damaged in transit to us, or bearing price stickers from your store will not receive credit.

RETURNS: BOOK and SIDELINE OVERSTOCK
|
Books may be returned under the following conditions. Returns must be sent back less than 365 days and more than 90 days from purchase, unless prior arrangements have been made.
A 10% re-stocking charge will be applied to returns that were purchased less than 90 days previously. No returns will be accepted that were purchased more than 365 days previously. ITO titles are non-returnable.
Returns must be:

3. Returned within one year of purchase.

Sidelines: Please note that we do NOT accept returns on long-discounted items (45%). These include Woodstock and Lightstones products, greeting cards and several other sideline products.

RETURNS: DAMAGES
|
DAMAGES DUE TO IMPROPER PACKING: Please notify DEMPSEY of the damages within 24 hours of receipt. Return the damaged goods to DEMPSEY. We will issue you a credit for the goods and shipping, upon receipt.
DAMAGES CAUSED BY SHIPPING COMPANY: You MUST note damaged boxes with the Carrier WHEN THEY ARE DELIVERED. This includes dents, broken open, signs of liquid damage, etc. We cannot make a claim
if the boxes are signed for as being in good shape. Please notify DEMPSEY of the damages within 24 hours of receipt. At that time, we will advise you of how to proceed. PLEASE retain the damaged box in which the goods arrived.

Please do not deduct credits from your payments to us. Your credits will be issued within 7 days of receipt. We do not issue cash refunds. Credits are valid for one year from date of issue.
